CLIFF SGR ESG policy<\/strong> consists in carrying out a specific due diligence<\/strong> of the financed subjects by monitoring the stages of achievement of some ESG indicators.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>[vc_empty_space]

01.<\/span>Screening and Diagnosis Phase<\/span><\/div>

In this phase, a screening<\/strong> of both the market and the company under analysis is carried out to assess its conduct on ESG issues as well as its ability to cope with risk factors<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

02.<\/span>Monitoring and Reporting Phase<\/span><\/div>

In this phase, the identified ESG<\/strong> principles are applied to all investment activities, assessing their sustainability and results. Key indicators (KPIs)<\/strong> will also be identified, to be included in the action plan that will feed into annual reports<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

03.<\/span>Exit Phase<\/span><\/div>
